Privacy notice

Your information, handled clearly

This notice explains what the static website can collect and how contact details should be used.

Information you provide

If you contact Alloy Lab by form, WhatsApp, phone or email, you may provide your name, contact details, vehicle information, wheel photos and a description of the work you are considering.

How it is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, provide initial guidance, arrange an assessment, discuss requested work and keep a practical record of the conversation.

Contact form hosting

The included form is configured for Netlify Forms. If the website is hosted there, Netlify processes submissions on behalf of the website operator. If another form provider is connected, this notice should be updated with that provider before publication.

Google Maps and cookies

The website does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The contact page embeds Google Maps to show the workshop location. Loading that map connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information and may set cookies under its own privacy terms. You can use the written address without interacting with the map.

Hosting logs

Basic server logs may be created by the hosting provider for security, performance and reliability.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry details should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer communication, service records or legal obligations. They should not be sold. Information may be shared where required by law or with a service provider that operates the website or communication channel.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information is held, request a correction or raise a privacy concern by emailing alloylabuk@gmail.com or calling 07739 584981.
